Meet Ruby
Ruby
I started off life being a scared little kitten all alone on the island of Anguilla.I was almost put to sleep due to overcrowding but luckily, I made it to MN! Iam looking for the second chance at life that I deserve. My foster mom hasworked so hard with me to help me trust and love people! I have come sucha long way. I run up to her when she gets home and crave attention andcloseness. I purr loudly when my foster mom gives me love and feeds me.My favorite activity is playing with my bonded sister, Talulah! We chase aftereach other, toys, strings, and scale the cat tree! We are also great wrestlers.It’s really fun! I am quite chatty at times. I love laying in the sun and lookingout the window. It will take me some time to trust new people. I’m looking fora someone who can be compassionate and patient with me while I getcomfortable in a new environment. Once I know I’m safe; I’m all yours! I amso grateful for my new home in MN! By the way, my foster mom says mybeautiful calico coat is stunning! I can’t wait to meet you!

ADOPTION PROCEDURE: The first step in our process is to complete an online adoption application at http://legendsrescue.org/index.php/adopt/forms/
FOSTER CARE: Our rescues are fostered in individual homes or at our facility. We work hard to ensure that our rescues have a supportive family while at foster homes to help them move forward and get ready for their forever home. We work on training, crate-training and socialization before a dog is adopted out. Foster homes are extremely important to the success of the cat at their forever home, and it is extremely rewarding to be able to watch the animals journey to their forever home.
