Ruby is a 10-year-old, cuddly and playful kitty looking for her forever home!

Ruby is a super cuddly girl that loves to lay on laps. She also loves to wiggle underneath blankets and covers to curl up and cuddle with you. Every once in a while, she will get overstimulated, and she will *gently* bite your hand (we call these love bites).

Ruby loves catnip and playing with toys. Most of the time she is a lazy cuddle girl but will show spurts of energy every once in a while. She will usually come cuddle up and sleep with you and purr in your ear. She loves looking out the window and sleeping in cat beds.

Ruby is a very mellow girl. She likes to sleep during the day with the occasional playtime break, then in the evenings she just wants to cuddle and get love from her person.

Ruby currently lives in a small studio apartment with her foster parent.

Ruby would do best as the only pet in the household. It would also be best for her home to either have no children or older children only.

Ruby's owners need to know how to tell when she is getting overstimulated and understand to let her be or she may start to bite at your hand. Her owner will also need to be diligent about keeping her food/water bowls sanitized to prevent acne breakouts.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
