***The first step in the adoption process is to go to our website at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org to complete the Adoption Application*** Rosie is a gorgeous fluff ball who would love to live a quiet indoor life as an only pet. She had a home once, lost it, and is not happy with her situation at the shelter. She feels threatened by other cats and tends to keep to herself as much as possible. In a room without any other cats, she immediately relaxes enough to play with toys and accept human attention. As long as she can't see another cat, she starts purring as soon as a human picks her up. Rosie needs regular brushing to keep up with her long soft fluffy coat. She wants to go home with someone who will take care of her the way she deserves.
