He is so handsome in his tux, athletic, and as sweet as can be. He is fully vaccinated, well trained, and a certified lap kitty! Roscoe would love your attention but does well alone with his sister when his foster is at work during the day as well. This sweet boy is so deserving of a furever home and would be good with small children as well.
