Meet Rona
Rona came to us on 4/15/2020. She was born about 5/5/14. She is a two paw de-claw.
Rona was found in a forest preserve by a good samaritan. She was taken to Sandwich Vet Clinic where she was treated for malnutrition and dehydration. When she had fully recovered, ADOPT was asked to help her find a loving home.
As you can well imagine, finding herself in a forest with no one to care for her was very traumatizing for Rona. Although she was very frightened, she showed no signs of aggression and welcomed pets and chin scratches.
With lots of loving, Rona has slowly started to come out of her shell. She would do well in a quiet home with older children, twelve and up. She would probably prefer to be an "only child" or share a home with a quiet cat like herself.
After what she has been through, this little lady deserves a loving forever home.
