Meet Rocky

This Rocky shows Sly Stallone's softer side! Rocky is a gentle cat with soulful light green-yellow eyes who loves to talk! He cherishes attention and laps and yearns to find his person and true forever home.

He came to Chesapeake Cats and Dogs from a local humane society, where he had been adopted as a kitten and then returned. The humane society had flagged him as "available for rescue only,” due to diabetes. Rocky is currently on insulin and a canned-food only diet. He also takes an inexpensive medication for hyperthyroidism.

His purrfect home would be full of love and laps and other quiet cats he could hang out with. He has a penchant for "piggy-back rides" and loves climbing up on people for extra-close cuddles!
