Note from Paws humans: We really don't know anything about Riptide's background except that he was indeed brought to the shelter via an Amazon driver. He had a very serious wound on his back, so perhaps he sustained it in his combat with the rogue robot? We'll never know for sure, but it's certainly an interesting backstory. While it took several weeks, his wound healed nicely and he's ready to find his forever home. He's a very sweet, playful young cat.
