It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.


The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat!


RAVEN REYES and her siblings (CLARKE GRIFFIN, OCTAVIA BLAKE, LINCOLN, JOHN MURPHY and BELLAMY BLAKE) were saved in Menifee, California. The couple saved the kittens and got mom fixed. They fostered them till they were ready for us to take them. They were all named after the show The 100.


Meet RAVEN REYES, a curious Abyssinian Dilute Torbie from Menifee, California, whose spirit is equal parts explorer and sweetheart, wrapped in a beautifully soft swirl of silvery blue and cream. With a heart full of adventure and a nose that always leads her to the next great discovery, RAVEN REYES is the first to step into new spaces, tail high and eyes wide with wonder.


This little trailblazer doesn’t just explore the world—she embraces it with kindness. RAVEN REYES is gentle and considerate with her siblings, often pausing her play to groom and cuddle them. Whether she’s chasing a toy mouse, batting a jingly ball, or gleefully batting a lone piece of kibble across the floor like it’s the crown jewel of toys, RAVEN REYES turns every moment into playtime. She has a real talent for finding joy in the little things, and her playful energy is as contagious as her contented purrs.


RAVEN REYES is also a total people-watcher. She loves to perch nearby while you work, her big curious eyes soaking in every movement like she’s trying to crack the mystery of what humans actually do all day. She thrives on companionship and adores being pet—just the sight of a hand reaching her way gets that motor running! And she loves sitting on your lap to get lots of love!


Though she’s lived in a quiet home without children, she’s been exposed to the sound of dogs thanks to a chatty neighbor pup, so she may adjust to a home with calm canine companions. She’s got a brave streak too—yes, she’ll dart away at the sound of the vacuum, but moments later, she’s right there investigating like a tiny detective on the case.


Cuddly, observant, and endlessly curious, RAVEN REYES is ready to bring love, laughter, and a dash of feline mischief to a new loving home. Could she be the delightful new addition your family has been waiting for?


RAVEN REYES is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / DILUTED ABYSSINIAN TORBIE MIX. She is about 1 year 5 months old. She has lived with cats. She has never been around children and is non-reactive to cat friendly dogs.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.


Volunteers are usually at Petsmart between 10 am - to 12 pm TO CLEAN ONLY. You are allowed to visit cats during VISITING HOURS. A good time to come is 5 pm - 7 pm Monday through Saturday and 4 pm - 6 pm on Sundays. You can call the Petsmart location and find out what time an evening volunteer will be there (just in case someone called out). There is always sheet on the cattery door with VISITING HOURS.


The cats/kittens at a foster/rescue home, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do the OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below:

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.


Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.


We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
