Meet RACHEL (R)

Meet Rachel. She came to the shelter with her buddy Carter 4/6. As you can see from her photos, she has had a pretty rough start. Rachel is about 4 years old. She will be spayed and microchipped when adopted. She is waiting with Carter in cage 604. ID 643710
