Queenie Tabby & Abyssinian Mix Maple Ridge, BC

Queenie was surrendered to us after she was brought into a home where she was not wanted , and since she was a tiny kitten she was taken immediately to foster care. She had to learn how to socialize properly since she had been taken away from her mother and siblings far too soon, and hadn't had the opportunity to learn yet. But the good news is, Queenie is a fast learner!!! After a few days of some diva 'only kitten' attitude presenting, she quickly learned how to be a fun-loving social kitten when the other kittens in the foster home showed her the ropes. Her development into a sweet, engaged, affectionate kitten has been wonderful to observe, and we now know with certainty that Queenie needs a home with another cat friend. And she will BE a great cat friend too. Queenie is just about old enough to get spayed, and once that happens she will be available for adoption to a safe indoor home that has another young cat. She will have her vaccines and get ID at the time of spay also.

Queenie is in foster care so she is not viewable at the shelter. Once you complete an online application form (found on our website katiesplaceshelter.com) then you can make arrangements to meet Queenie in her foster home.
