Pumpkin came to our rescue through our TNR initiative. She got herself into a trap, was too young to be fixed, and so we put her in foster care to evaluate whether she would have to be released after she would be spayed or if she had potential to be adopted. Fortunately for her she earned our respect and stole our hearts and so we have been working with her to prepare herself to be someone’s furrever baby and live out her life in a warm home.

She is not quite at the weight she needs to be to be spayed, but by the time we get her through the adoption application process she will be ready to go! When she gets spayed, she will also get needed vaccinations, will be tested for common feline illnesses, and be microchipped!

Last Litter Rescue (LLR) works to rescue, foster, fix, and find forever homes for kittens that were born to a homeless mother cat. We also have an effort known as Purr-fect Love TNR and we work alongside other select TNR groups and a network of kitten fosters to reduce the homeless feline population. We value born and prenatal kittens. Animal welfare is one of five areas that our parent organization Love Give Live works in to relieve suffering and promote wholeness.
