Princess Domestic Short Hair & Torbie Mix Ocean Springs, MS

Princess gives the ultimate sign of trust and love with head bumps. She greets her human companion by rubbing against your hand. Princess gladly receives attention and purrs when petted. She can be a quiet lap kitty. It will take Princess several days to warm up to a new person as she was close to her owner since a young kitten for over a year. Her owner passed away suddenly so Princess is experiencing a change from her normal routine. She is cautious of strangers, but it won't take long for her to reach out. Princess' ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. She should be okay with other cats and a cat-friendly dog with a proper introduction. Her littermate Bolt has been with her from the beginning. They don't appear to be closely bonded; therefore, will consider adopting separately. Princess is a large two-year-old lovely torbie with white, also known as a tortoiseshell tabby.

Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
