This cat is on the waitlist for foster through The Cat Shack but can be adopted directly from his caretaker in the meantime. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application in the link below. If you have any questions, please email catshackposting@gmail.comFrom Porker's mom - My son has developed allergies and the cat is the main reason he has been struggling with his respiratory issues. I've taken my son to the doctors and he's now on medication and an inhaler. While I am very attached to my cat, it's devastating to what the harm it's causing my son. I found my cat's litter abandoned outside nearly 16 years ago. I bottle fed all of the cats and found the other three kittens homes. Because of my attachment, I kept Porker with me. The cat has a lot of energy and loves to cuddle. He has been neutered and doesn't have any black claws. Porker doesn't take any medication. He does prefer a seafood diet exclusively on wet food as well. I've called shelters and even cat sanctuaries and I'm not going to have him put down because of his age. I'm hoping to find another solution for him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
