adopters have to complete a comprehensive questionnaire. We review their application for red flags and make a decision. The questionnaire contains questions about the adopters history of pets, financial commitment, whether the pet is kept indoors or outdoors and whether the owner plans to declw a cat. Vet and personal references are also asked.
