Meet Piper! Strikingly beautiful older kitten who is very shy, but once she gets to know you, you’ll have a friend for life. Loves to play with the “red dot” and snuggle in her warm bed. It takes a while for her to warm up to you but she is a sweetheart once you gain her trust. Her sister is Phoebe (black cat with a white dove on her chest) and she was raised with Paige (grey and white). Gets along with the other cats she has been exposed to, didn’t have a problem with the dog at former foster home however because she is so easily frightened I would be careful about exposing her to new animals until she adjusts. Very gentle and spends her days at the window watching birds. The picture doesn’t show all her fantastic markings, she is one you need to see in person to appreciate how beautiful she is.


Our fosters are available for meet and greets in the homes of their foster parents. Each foster family operates on a different schedule due to work and personal needs but will make every effort for you to come visit the cat or kitten you are interested in as soon as they can. Please note that we do NOT do same-day adoptions, at the meet and greet you can fill out an application which is then vetted by our adoption committee. For adult cats and kittens 9 months of age or older that have been spayed/neutered, there is a $130 adoption donation. For kittens from 3 months up to 9 months of age that have been spayed/neutered, there is a $200 adoption donation. Two kittens that adopt together are $300. Age-appropriate shots are given to each cat or kitten as well as feline aids and leukemia testing.
