What is Living Free Animal Sanctuary’s adoption process?

If you see a dog or cat you're interested in, please go to the Adopt Page on our website and fill out a dog or cat application. To talk to one of our Animal Caregivers: Contact the Kennel at kennel@living-free.org or (951) 321-9982 Contact the Cattery at cattery@living-free.org or (951) 491-1898 ** Adoption Process ** 1. Plan a visit it Mountain Center to meet the animal 2. Allow 1-2 hours for your visit 3. Complete the Adoption Application 4. Meet with one of our Animal Caregivers You must be 19 years or older and provide proof of residence. If you're interested in adopting a dog, we encourage you to bring your dog(s) to meet the new one you’re interested in adopting. We do not hold any animals. ** Prices ** Dogs - $225 Puppies under 6 months old - $295 Senior dogs over 7 years old - $150 Kittens - $125 Cats over 1 yr old - 7 years old - $95 Senior cats over 7 years old - $75 Living Free’s Patriot Pets Program: U.S. Military Veterans qualify for greatly reduced adoption fees. Living Free’s Senior Adopter Program: Senior citizens who are 62 and older qualify for a 25% reduction in adoption fees. Living Free’s Buddy Adoption Program: If two animals are related or are closely bonded, there is a 50% discount on adoption fees for the second animal.
