2-20-24 ***Special Needs*** Picasso is a very funny character. He likes to play the "shy guy" until you get to know him then he becomes the "class clown". This silly guy is 7.5 years old and has been with us for most his life. That's right, this guy has no idea what a home is other than the with us. He was found and trapped in our local Walmart after he found his way into their stock area.
