Meet Phoebe
Hello – My name is Phoebe. I’m about a year old; I am very affectionate and sweet and I have a shiny black coat and beautiful green eyes. I love to be brushed and petted, and am learning to play (I had too much responsibility up to now, as I had babies to care for). My foster mom loves me, but she can’t give me the freedom to explore and run and play in her house as I would like and need because her dogs aren't a fan of me. PLEASE think about adopting me, so I can have my own forever home and my own forever family and place to roam. I can’t wait to meet you!
