Meet Philip
Philip is under a year old and is very playful. He is so excited to have human attention but can get overstimulated in the shelter environment and give 'love bites'. He is neutered, combo tested, vaccinated and always uses his litter box.
Philip is at the Randolph Animal Shelter. Our building is closed but we are still doing adoptions.
