Phil is a little guy with a big personality! He's a bottle baby and his all-time favorite place to snooze is on your chest or snuggled up to your neck. He's a confident little bugger, and a bit more adventurous than his sister. He's in a foster home with adult cats and dogs of various sizes. While he's met the dogs he's not quite sure about beings with heads as big as his whole body but sharing a room or couch with them doesn't phase him!

- a submitted application
- meet-and-greet in-person
- video walk through of the main areas of your home
- feline medical records sent via email
- signed adoption agreement
- application fee submitted via Zelle
