Meet Pettersham

My name is Pettersham but my foster mom calls me Peter Pan! I'm a special boy as I have mild cerebral hypoplasia. It doesn't affect my balance though and I get around just fine. I'm just a little slower in my reaction to playing. I would love a home with another calm kitty. I find comfort in having a feline friend but don't want someone too rough. I do startle easily so no loud noises, dogs, or active children, please! I love to snuggle with my foster mom and enjoy playing with the wand toy. I may take some time to open up and I know I have some special requests for my forever home but I promise I'm worth it!
