Fred and Chloe (shelter names: Peter and Buttercup) are new residents at the Sicklerville PetSmart and are already talking about earning their keep! They are a cute, cuddly, and creative duo who want to set up a Lemonade stand to raise funds for the shelter. Why, you ask, would they sell Lemonade? Well, because life gave them the proverbial lemons and they are determined to move forward with positivity and optimism.

This adorable 2 yr. old pair lost their dad to covid a couple years ago, and more recently their mom developed a very serious, chronic illness that requires long-term hospitalization. However, even though they are a bit anxious about all the changes, they have remained outgoing and friendly. Chloe loves to snuggle on the couch with you when you’re relaxing, and Fred is a bit more playful. They both know their names well and respond to them. Fred has a ridiculously cute begging “parlor trick” he’s perfected which is guaranteed to charm your socks off. Chloe is his companion and cheerleader. Their sunny dispositions are sure to sweeten your days.

Fred and Chloe are very bonded and deserve to stay together. Please consider opening your heart and home to them. They will fill your life with brightness and gratitude and maybe even Lemonade if they get their business idea up and running!”
