Meet Peter

Hello, furiends! Please welcome...the one...the only...Peter to the Scruffy family! Peter is 7 months old and LOVES attention! He is a friendly and playful boy from a litter of 3, and his sisters are currently being socialized. Peter is truly a lovebug kitten. What does that mean, you ask? Peter will do anything for your love and attention, including a little "flop" to ask you to rub his tummy - belly rubs are his weakness. And let's not forget about his kitten kisses - he is extremely affectionate and loves kisses, so much so he will put his face against your lips for more! Peter is full of kitten energy and enjoys bunny-kicking his toys - a kicker toy is a definite must for him! And Peter will settle down for a good snooze after all that kicking and kissing. He is a soft and snuggly kitty, and on his own terms, he may become a wonderful lap cat. Peter can be a little unsteady when picked up and can get nervous being held. He is a shy guy upon first meet and greet, but he will be belly-flopping for you in no time!

Peter enjoys being around other cats - check him out with his sister Wendy! We are unsure how he will be in a home with dogs or other animals. He should be adopted with another cat, or there needs to be a friendly cat in the home. Older, respectful children would be OK with Peter.

Thank you for being so interested in adopting from Scruffy Paws Animal Rescue! If you see this post, we still accept applications for this cat(s)/kitten(s). Please refrain from emailing us regarding availability.
