Meet Peppermint Patty
***Adoption applications suspended. She has many now.**
Peppermint Patty was adopted shortly after coming into our care in early February but has been regretfully returned due to the son's cat allergy.
She is so happy and eager to be with people we can't understand how she could have been found as a stray with dirty paws. She came to us with a very thick coat that indicates she might have been an indoor/outdoor cat but she is content to be indoor-only from now on. Peppermint Patty has not met another cat at the shelter yet but she is just the best cat around children! She is playful, gentle, and all about sharing the love. Our 15-pound lady is about 6 years old. Raise your paw if you are ready to take home Patty!
To apply for a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application from this page:
http://www.medfieldshelter.com/adoption-forms/cat
If a cat is listed on our website, that means that cat is still available for adoption.
The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers so adoption meetings take place by appointment. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125 if 5 years old or younger and $75 for cats 6 years and up. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, testing for FeLV and spaying/neutering.
