This handsome boy is a total people-cat. From the moment he arrived, Penn made it clear: he loves human company. He's not a fan of laps or being carried, but he absolutely adores attention. Pet him, rub him, let him nudge your hand endlessly-he's all in. He'll flop onto his side, show you his belly (just for looks, not for rubs!), and lean in for more affection.
