Meet Penelope!
Penelope is a super friendly, five year old black and white female kitty. She came to New Albany Pet Rescue when her owner went into a nursing home and couldn't keep her any longer.
Penelope loves everyone - people, other cats....even dogs. She is playful but really just wants to cuddle with you.
