Meet Pebbles
Meet Pebbles! Pebbles is a beautiful 2 year old female grey/silver tabby who was abandoned out in the country. She is declawed and spayed and tested negative for FIV/FELV. Pebbles loves to be pet and is super affectionate but she also likes to bite. Because Pebbles bites - she would not be good with children. Pebbles needs an experienced foster or forever home who can help break her of this habit by providing a consistent approach that includes:
- learning to read the signs and what may trigger her biting;
- walking away or ignoring her when she attempts to bite;
- praising her & giving her attention when she is being good;
- providing 10 minutes of play time everyday with a feathered toy to use up some of her energy;
- providing a toy that she can bite and kick at;
- giving her paper bags to play with that she can rip if she wants to.
