She is the Birdwatcher Extraordinaire! Gretel's favorite pastime is perching by the window on her tower, where she spends hours watching birds and imagining herself as a mighty hunter.

She loves her Feathered Friends (or Foes?)! Feather toys are Gretel's sworn enemies—or perhaps her best friends—because she genuinely believes they're real birds and will do anything to keep them away from her siblings and all for herself.

She has a Heart on Her Nose! Gretel has a unique and adorable heart-shaped spot on her nose, making her the queen of hearts in your home. And it pairs perfectly with her beautiful "precious moments" eyes.

She has an Independent Spirit! Gretel enjoys exploring and adventuring throughout the house on her own at times. But she also enjoys being close to her people and getting some butt scritches! She will happily return the favor and give your hair some top-notch grooming.

She is a Gentle Soul! Gretel is incredibly gentle, always approaching you with a soft touch and a quiet purr. She does great with other cats (with proper introductions) and has done well the cat-friendly dog in her foster home. She has not spent much time with children, but based on her personality we imagine she would be good with kiddos 7+.

She’s also known for her Stealthy Ways! Whether it's sneaking up on you for a gentle headbutt when you're not looking or silently slipping past you to explore a forbidden room, Gretel’s cunning nature keeps life interesting!

Medical: Our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, on flea preventative and up to date on vaccinations. All cats are tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV.

Because our cats live in foster homes, they have an excellent head start in learning how to scratch on acceptable items such as scratch posts and cat furniture, and in becoming acclimated to nail trimming. We also get to know their Purrrr-sonalities VERY well and we can make sure we are matching the best kitten to each home!
