Super snuggly, Patches would absolutely love a home where her humans are around often to give her lovin's. She's a lap girl and will hang out all day on the couch with you. At night, she'll snuggle right up with you and purr on your pillow. She's ready to be your best buddy!
At 12 years old, Patches has relatively low activity levels and really doesn't need much exercise. She's not big on playing, but she loves her cat scratcher and catnip! She seriously just wants to be around her person and get all the pets. She is constantly purring and always enjoys a lap to sit on.
Currently, Patches is living with two adults and a dog and cat. Her ideal living situation would be with someone who is home most of the day and can get her the love and attention she deserves. She does great with the foster's dog, so having a calm and cat-friendly dog would be okay, but she would prefer a home without other cats. Even better if she's a solo pet who can get all the attention!
She will need a patient forever home who will give her time to warm up to her new surroundings. Patches may have ongoing medical needs throughout her life, but these are easily managed with medication. She has been taking medication for IBD and doing really well! Her next owner just needs to watch out for any issues that could arise. She will also need to be on special food.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.
