Meet Paradise
Meet Paradise! This beautiful girl came here as a stray, and she's about six months old. She is ready for a forever home and looking for a new family. Paradise is extremely independent, loves to explore and do her own thing. She can be sweet when she wants to be and will let you know when she's wants to be left alone. Paradise loves playing with the laser pointer and string toys.
This little girl needs more socialization with human interactions. While she can be sweet and affectionate, she has a tendency to "play" rough. Her occasional play biting and scratching can be mistaken for misbehavior, but we truly believe that she just has not learned to respect boundaries. She is a funny cat who just needs guidance.
We do not have any way of knowing if a dog or cat will do well with all children. This is why it is important that we introduce everyone in the home to the new pet.
Please let us know if you are looking for a barn or outside cat. We do occasionally get outdoor cats needing homes, most in our general population will not do well in outdoor living.
If you are interested in adopting or the adoption process please visit our website at www.adoptmountianpets.org where you will find the application and other useful information or call the Shelter between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday 970 626 2273.
