Meet Papa in Colorado
Meet Papa in Colorado!
He may look a little rough around the edges, but Papa is the most loving and sweet cat you’ll ever meet. When his humans come home he gets so excited that he runs to the door talking and rubs up against them while telling them how happy he is that they are home.
Papa was a stray so we don’t know his history, but we think he is around 10 years old. He was in pretty rough shape when he got to the shelter, but with TLC, good food and vet care he is looking healthier and more vibrant everyday. He has FIV (Feline immunodeficiency virus) so he will need an adopter that will keep on top of his vet care and who will make sure he has an indoor lifestyle. He also has a tendency to have UTIs so he needs to stay on a special prescription food to maintain his urinary health.
