Meet OTTO! OTTO is a handsome black and white tuxedo kitty who is estimated to be around a year and a half old. OTTO has a shiny black coat with accents of white on his face, chest, underside and paws.<br/><br/>OTTO was brought to our cat center from a resident of the town who believed this poor guy was either dumped or lost. OTTO was basically living in the resident's yard under her deck for about two weeks until she could get him safely to our facility. Upon arrival, OTTO was a bit confused and somewhat scared, but within a short matter of time, OTTO became more at ease. OTTO has beautiful markings and captivating eyes that will put you under his spell. OTTO can be vocal at times and enjoys being pet. OTTO has made great strides and continues to appreciate and accept the attention, affection and love he receives from the daily interactions with all our wonderful volunteers.
