Meet Otis

This is OTIS, an adorable little guy of 13 weeks. Fully vetted and ready to go to a fantastic furrever home. He was found abandoned under a house at only 4 weeks old. Cold, hungry, and sick with an eye infection in both eyes as well as an upper respiratory, one of our volunteers heard him crying, scooped him up, and brought him to the Sanctuary. Our fosters took him in and got him well.
