Meet Oscar
Oscar is a 5 year old neutered male that was found in very rough shape.  He had to have his front right leg amputated, he is deaf, and was very emaciated.  He is healthy now and ready to find his forever home.  He is extremely sweet, loves belly rubs, and would do great with other cats and dogs as long as they could be gentle with him.  He would do best in a home that isn’t too chaotic.  Please consider coming in to meet this fabulous boy!
