Meet Orpington
Available for Adoption, Rutland VT
Orpington enjoys lots of pets and attention. He was the first of his siblings to want to play with me (foster mom) and is always playing with whatever toys he can find. He is not as rambunctious as his siblings and can often be content playing by himself. He takes great care of himself and is always looking his best. I think he will be a gentle giant as he continues to grow into his teddy bear looks. He’s a very quiet cat in terms of yelling to get attention, he’d rather come up and rub up against your leg to make his presence known. He gives the best kisses and is HIGHLY motivated by food and treats.
"Orpy" will start out very cautious but has never been aggressive even upon arrival into foster. Catnip and treats are an easy way to win him over
Orpington makes a stunning pair with his sister Australorp--we always recommend adopting kittens in pairs.
Orpington has been neutered, has a microchip, and has age-appropriate vaccines. He is negative for FeLV and FIV through a sibling.
Apply to adopt Orpington (and maybe his matching sister Australorp too?) on The Feline Connection Website:
