Olivia has had a pretty awful life yet the first thing she did upon arriving in rescue was to curl up in her foster moms lap and purr. She is very gentle and loves everyone. She was abandoned in a carrier so filthy and matted even a flea treatment could not be applied. She had sores and scabs all over her body yet her spirit remained intact, Now her fur is silky and she loves to play, for a little while at a time. Olivia has unique toe fur that look like white tufts on the bottom of her paws. See in her pictures! Could you be the one to give this special girl a loving permanent home?

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering by visiting www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/dog-and-cat-foster-program/
