What is Washburn County Area Humane Society’s adoption process?

Must be 18+ years old to adopt. Must own your own home or have written/verbal permission from your landlord. Dogs must be kept primarily as indoor pets, cats must be kept as strictly indoor pets. We don't adopt out to those who plan on or think it is acceptable to declaw or debark.
