Beautiful Senior Octavia Needs Her Forever?

This sweet girl has been in foster care for over 2 months. Octavia recently had an ultrasound done as she was vomiting and wasn't eating much. She appears to have IBD which is manageable. Octavia is getting B12 shots and an appetite stimulant when needed. At this time , no other medication is necessary. She will require monthly B12 shots and monitored. Once cleared, she will be having a dental. The vet has also determined that she is approximately 12 years old, based on the ultrasound. So now Octavia is officially a senior! RTH takes in a large number of senior dogs and cats. They are very close to our hearts and know how much joy they can bring. Please consider opening your heart to Octavia. This long haired beauty is extremely sweet and always looking for attention. She will do well in a home with people of any age! Other cats are fine but she is more interested in her humans! ?

Road to Home Rescue Support WELCOMES OCTAVIA This beautiful girl showed up 2 days ago where we have been trying to trap 2 other cats. She was starving and rubbing up against Jessica. Thanks you to Natalie for holding her until we were able to get her to our vet. She is now safe at our vets office! Octavia is approximately 7 years old, and super sweet. She will make someone a wonderful addition to their family. If you are able to open your heart to foster Octavia, please email inforoadtoome@gmail.con or message our page. Her blood work came back within normal range and she tested negative for FIV/FELV. She will need to go to an eye specialist to have an ultrasound done, which we will be setting up.
Please consider making a donation toward her medical care. Venmo RoadToHomeRescue or paypal friends to avoid fees) You can also call Nassau Suffolk Animal Hospital 516 694 5930 to make a donation to Octavia under Road To Home. #AdoptDontShop #FostersSaveLives
