O'Malley's Story

O'Malley was a beautiful kitten who we raised since he was a newborn and bottle fed til old enough to do things on his own. He was adopted as a kitten and well a year and a half later we get a call from another rescue who had found him outside and located us through his microchip. We immediately rescued him back, and the owner had moved out of the country and left him behind. Considering what all he has been through he is the sweetest cat, grateful to be on a humans lap. He makes biscuits, will pop you as you walk by and grab your arm and suck you in for some<br/>Lovin. He is affectionate and gentle. A very sweet cat who deserves to be loved and spoiled and never abandoned. He craves a human best friend to have fun and cuddle in life with. Are you that person? Friends of Normie's Adoption Policy

We start with an application. If the application is approved, we then call the applicant. We do a phone interview that lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. If another phone call is needed, we may do multiple. If those two steps go well, we then do a home check and then a supply check to make sure the applicant meets our standards of care. If an applicant passes those steps, we then will set up a meet and greet and see how the applicant does with that kitty. If that step goes well, they are then cleared for adoption and are able to take the kitty home in a carrier (not cardboard box).
