-Personality: Super sweet, gentle and curious
-Can Live with Cats: No, Nugget is very easily stressed around other animals which causes her to have issues with the litter box. Nugget needs to be an only child.
-Can Live with Dogs: No, Nugget was incredibly stressed by the presence of a dog in her previous home and expressed her stress by not using the litter box. She needs to be an only child.
-Can Live with Kids: Calm, cat-savvy kids who can respect her space when she requests it would likely be okay-- Nugget would not do well in a chaotic environment, like a 5 year old's birthday party :) At this time we're recommending no kids under 12 yrs old, pending an introduction at the shelter.
-Needs Indoor Only Home: Yes, Nugget has been indoor only for her whole life.
-History of Litter Box Issues: Yes-- Nugget was surrendered for not using the litter box. While this could have been due to a combination of things, after running a urinalysis here at WHS, it was found that Nugget had urinary crystals. She will need to be on a special diet for the rest of her life to avoid further issues with this. After a round of antibiotics, Nugget is feeling much better and has been consistently using her litter box for over a month.

It might take Nugget a little while to adjust to her new home, but we think she'll be a wonderful companion once she's comfortable.
