This petite little lady with her short tail is a survivor! Norah's beginnings are humble; she led a difficult life outdoors. But despite that, she is affectionate, loving and scrappy! She will stand her ground to any critter who may want to bully her! Her theory is "a good offense is the best defense! When her foster dog sister was a little too interested, she stood up for herself! We think she had to be assertive to survive in her prior situation.
