Meet Noel
Noel came to us from River Cats Rescue. He was born about 9/29/20.
Noel is still adjusting to all the new felines in his life. He seems like he will develop some feline friendships in time. He is a little hesitant with people right now but, once he gets a few chin scratches, he warms up quickly.
Noel would probably do well with children ten and up who have experience with cats. We do no know how he is with dogs.
