Nigeria is more than just a stunner. This little lady is full of personality. Whether she’s gearing up for her next adventure, chasing wand toys, or chasing her kibble and treats… she has the energy for it all! Entertainment is important for Nigeria, but she also prioritizes self-care by balancing her spurts of energy with downtime. Mealtime is the highlight of her day and will thank you for any extra treats you are able to provide.

While Nigeria has come a long way in her foster home, she takes a little while to warm up. All the best things take time though, and thankfully, humans have cat treats at their disposal to help her feel right at home. As she gains her confidence, she’s shown us what an intelligent kitty she is. Nigeria likely needs another cat or a human who is around the house pretty often, as she is high energy and can get bored easily. Her favorite game is playing fetch. She will come when called and play fetch from the bed, even rolling around giving you “play with me” eyes. This chatty little lady is also a good communicator and will let you know when she’s done with being pet with a slight nip.

Nigeria is a quiet lover and may not be the most affectionate cat that you know but you can feel her love by her being around you constantly.

While it might take some time for her to get used to a new home, as long as her new human is patient, they’ll be rewarded with a cute begging face for affection and treats and will be followed everywhere around the apartment.
