Meet Nera
Nera is a 7-month-old playful & affectionate kitty looking for her forever home!
Nera loves to explore her surroundings and is a very interactive and talkative kitty. While she enjoys socializing, she also loves her alone time. She can be a little skittish around people she's unfamiliar with but warms up quickly and is easy to coax out of her hiding spots -- she has many! She likes to find cozy and dark places to nap during the day.
Nera is comfortable with being held and is usually welcome to tummy scratches unless she feels more playful. She often rubs up on our legs and asks for pets. Occasionally, she will jump up on the bed/couch and hang out with her humans.
Nera likes laser pointers and musical toys (balls with bells) as well as string/feather teasers. She is litter box and scratching post trained. A typical day for Nera is spent intermittently napping and visiting with her foster family; mealtimes she's become accustomed to are early morning and late night. Like most cats, she can be more active at night but is relatively quiet and doesn't cause disturbances or wake up her foster parents.
Nera presents very few challenges when it comes to her care. She's easy to get along with and take care of and has not shown any fearful or aggressive behaviors. She would be great for a first-time pet owner or any owner willing to give the love and attention this sweet girl deserves.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
