Meet Necah

Hello, my name is Nicah, and I'm fat. I am looking for my forever home. I'm hopeful that I will find a new place where the staff will spoon-feed me caviar whilst I lay around the house (and I mean lay AROUND the house!) but my foster mom says that I really need to go to someone who will love me enough to feed me healthy portions and make sure I get some active play time every day. She says I would feel better if I lost some weight, but I think my 20+ pound "plus size" frame looks great! I mean, come on- you have to admit it, I'm sexy!

I'd also like my new human to be passive, so I can order them around like I've done to my foster dad. This guy loves cats... I kid you not, he sat with me for an hour trying to coax me out of my litter box when I decided that would be the only place I'd sit during my little strike. I hissed at him, spit fire, and smacked him a couple of times. Everything was going perfectly until FOSTER MOM stepped in. She ignored my demands and just scooped me up. I knew the gig was up, so I just gave up and let her hold me. I don't think this lady takes any crap. She took advantage, and snuggled me. I refuse to admit how much I enjoyed it.

I did have a family once, and a brother, but my family is moving and we need to find a FOREVER home now. Are you the perfect person for me? If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application at and stop by with some caviar. Or tuna. Or anything I can eat.

Before applying for this cat, please think the decision over thoroughly and make sure the whole family is in agreement. Owning a cat is a huge responsibility that is not something that should be rushed into. Each cat from Rescued Treasures has been saved from an uncertain future. If you are thinking about adopting, please remember it is a LIFE-LONG commitment. Cats can live to be at least 14 years old...are you ready to take care of him/her that long?
