Meet Natasha
Natasha she is about a year old and needs to find a special place where she can decompress. She does NOT like being at the shelter, its loud and probably smells funny to her after living in a home. She was adopted as a kitten however returned as she didn't "like" her new families young children and would hide from them.
She needs a home that won't mind that it could take her awhile to warm up. She doesn't like other cats (at least at the shelter). HATES to be carried or picked up, but loves to be petted. I think a home with teenaged children could work if its a laid back, easy going home. included her baby pic
All cats are spayed/neutered, tested for feline leukemia and FIV. They are also up to date on rabies and four-way distemper vaccines. A adoption fee of $60.00 is required on all cat adoptions. This donation covers a small percentage of the costs associated with getting the pet spayed or neutered, vaccinated, wormed, tested for FIV and FeLV.
We welcome visitors Tuesday evenings 5-7 p.m. and Saturday mornings 9 a.m. to noon. You may also schedule an appointment at a time that is more convenient for your schedule. Call 217-322-2220 if you have any questions or concerns.
