Meet Ms. Xena

Ms. Xena came to us as an owner surrender to Chicago Animal Care and Control. A day and a half after she came to us, we realized she was diabetic. We rushed her to the ER and she came out of it healthy and full of life. Ms. Xena will need insulin and a special diet but she will pay you back with endless love! Ms. Xena loves to make biscuits, specifically in her bed. She will walk towards her bed and put her paws on it to make biscuits. She then will go back and forth from her bed and you. Her bed to make biscuits and to you for a head butt that tells you she loves you. Ms. Xena is such a fantastic kitty!

Ms. Xena is currently staying in a foster home. Please email cats@heartlandanimalshelter.org to set up a time to meet her.

Ms. Xena is spayed, up to date on FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations and FIV/FeLV negative.
