Mr. Whiskers came to the Animal Care Society with a group of other cats. Nervous of the numerous cats, it took a while for him to truly shine. Now more comfortable with the staff, volunteers, and other feline companions, Mr. Whiskers is a true sweetheart. ACS staff soon learned that he most enjoys having his cheek rubbed or back scratched. When he's happy, he's belly-up! It was difficult taking a picture of this charming fellow because he is either on his back, belly wide open, or hanging up high in the room. While the photos were difficult, it is not difficult to see why ACS staff love Mr. Whiskers. He enjoys companionship and watching the dogs and people through the windows. ACS has a bird feeder outside of the window, which captivates Mr. Whiskers for hours.
