Meet Morris FIV+
Morris kinda came to Scruffy by accident. But it's a good thing he did.
Morris is just the sweetest cat around. Like, OMG, so sweet. He is SO vocal. He talks to you as soon as he sees you. We just love him. Strong laps are required for this boy; he is the kind of cat who will get up in your business and want all of your attention, and he is so darn cute that you won't mind one bit! Break out the wand toys and watch Morris go into tiny lion mode; he is playful, alert, and full of renewed kitty energy.
He came to Scruffy intact and FULL of abscesses all over. They were deep and smelled awful...he had been out there surviving on his own for a long time. Considering the shape he was in, he just wanted love...and food. Morris is quite the foodie and can get a little overstimulated during feeding time. He is great with other cats, but we are unsure how he would be around dogs or other animals. Children are OK, but over five years old is recommended.
After some much-needed antibiotics for those wounds and a few broken teeth removed, Morris has been cleared for adoption! Who is ready to give Morris a second chance at life?
Morris is FIV+, but that doesn't mean he isn't adoptable! With this diagnosis, FIV+ cats are not given a death sentence; they can live happy, healthy lives as indoor cats for years!
