Meet Moneta! Let us tell you about Moneta! She is AWESOME and makes her voice known in the room. Yes she is older, but that doesn't mean she isn't young at heart!! Moneta got a clean bill of health by our vets next door. She basically is the elderly woman who refuses to accept the handicap parking spot. She loves humans and tolerates the younger kitties. We don't blame her! She'll make friends with anyone she meets and even tolerates the dogs who come into her space each day! She is ready to become queen of your home and family!

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our cats as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the cats are healthy.

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.

-Adoption is considered final upon bringing your cat home and signing an adoption agreement, however; when adopting a cat the AAC recognizes that an adjustment period of days or weeks may be necessary before it is fully comfortable in it’s new home. The AAC grants a two week trial period with cat adoptions to ensure that a good match is made. If a cat is returned within two weeks of adoption we will refund the adoption fee.
-We welcome out-of-area adopters, but please be aware we do require prospective adopters to come to our facility and meet the animal in person. Before you make the trip we encourage you to fill out an adoption application and submit it, to be sure you will qualify to adopt. Adoption applications can be filled out on our website. We cannot "hold" any animal. We have a "first qualified adopter can adopt" policy.
-We will not ship animals.
